Service Description
These events are offered all year round. Please contact VentureVibe to book your next adventure! 1. Self guided river tube adventure on the Yarra River (1.5-2hours.) Leaving from Warburton and includes drop off to the starting point upstream. (Minimum bookings of 6 people) $40 pp 2. River Tube adventure on the Yarra River with a guided scenic drive through the valley (3.5 - 4 hours). Leaving from Mooroolbark railway station VentureVibe will transport you to the starting location and return you to Mooroolbark railway station upon commencement of the adventure. (Minimum bookings of 6 people) $80 pp
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 1. A minimum of 7 days’ notice before the hire or activity time is required to change or postpone a booking and a $30 per person amendment fee applies, otherwise the customer will be charged the full fee for that booking. Within 7 days’ notice – cancellations or reschedules are not possible. You may choose to invite someone to take your place if you are not able to make it, otherwise you will considered a no show. No-shows and late participants on the day will also forfeit their payment and no re-bookings/refunds will be given. 2. Bookings for Hire or activity time cancelled 14-7 days prior to the relevant hire commencement date or activity will receive a 50% refund of any amounts paid. 3. Bookings for Hire or activity time cancelled 14 days prior to the relevant hire commencement date or activity will receive a full refund, less $30.00 administration fee of any amounts paid. 4. No refunds will be given for: a. Change of mind; b. Inability to attend for an activity, other than in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3; or c. Inability to collect hired Equipment on the date of commencement of hire. Bad Weather Policy: 1. VentureVibe reserves all rights, at its absolute discretion, to cancel or reschedule the Hire of Equipment or any scheduled activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Our guides will keep a close eye on the weather forecast on days leading up to the event. If we need to reschedule the event you will receive notification either via sms, email or phone. VentureVibe will not reimburse any travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation. All individual participants that booked directly with VentureVibe for scheduled activities will be given a refund or a credit in this situation. 2. If it is raining on the day of the Hire or activity, VentureVibe will not necessarily cancel the hire or activity. Any cancellation initiated by the customer or the customer’s clients may incur cancellation fees, at the discretion of VentureVibe, including, but not limited to the full amount due in respect of the hire of the Equipment.
